Abstract Deed dated August 29, 1840 for certain lands (more than a single tract) in Burrillville, Rhode Island. Sellers are Ochery Jenne and Calvin Jenne of Burrillville and Joseph and Calista Henry of Northbridge, Massachusetts. Buyer was Stephen Jenne of Burrillville. The property was located in the northeast part of Burrillville and was bounded by property owners including Jacob Jenne, Joseph and Ambrose Chase, Thomas Robbins, Wilcox, Ephraim Thayer and Sarah Lapham. The deed was signed by the buyer and sellers as well as Ochrey Jenne's wife Betsy and Calvin Jenne's wife Lilles. The sale was registered with Justice of the Peace Daniel M. Salisbury and witnessed by Abel Robbins. One piece, folded. 15" x 12 1/2".
